Solicitations & Awards
All solicitations and resulting contract awards are posted in eVA, Virginia’s eProcurement system, under Virginia Business Opportunities (VBO). In the Advanced Search section at the left, enter search criteria, using "Department of Education" as the buying entity.
For scientific and graphing calculator contracts, school divisions must enter "DGS Division of Purchases and Supply" as the buying entity.
School divisions may request copies of contracts awarded for school division use by the Department of Education from the Office of Procurement.

Requirements for using these contracts are the following:
- Public bodies must submit a written request to VDOE if they desire to use any of the above contracts so that VDOE can add them to the list of Authorized Entities. Please submit a request to the Contract Administrator, Mark Jennings (mark.jennings@doe.virginia.gov) and VDOE Procurement (procurement@doe.virginia.gov).
- No changes can be made to Terms and Conditions by any public body that wishes to use any of the contracts.
- If a public body wishes to use the contract, they are required to use eVA to issue their purchase orders to their chosen vendor.
